Hi, I’m Soyeong, co-founder of Strux Method and your coach for movement, mindset, and mobility.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I help clients build strength and prevent injury through smart, supportive, structure-based training. My approach is simple: movement should feel good, work for your lifestyle, and support your goals—whether that means more energy, better balance, or stronger aging.
