Hi, I’m Soyeong, co-founder of STRUX Method.
I help shape the practical movement education behind STRUX: clear, approachable guidance built to support strength, mobility, balance, and confidence in everyday life.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I believe movement should feel useful, achievable, and worth continuing.
STRUX is not built around extreme routines or all-or-nothing fitness culture. It is built around simple movement habits that fit home, travel, and busy weeks.
The goal is not perfection. It is building a stronger foundation—one practical step at a time.
